We are looking for a Chartered Accountant with around 1–2 years of post-qualification experience to join our Noida team supporting the UAE Corporate Tax and Transfer Pricing practice.
The role will involve supporting the Dubai-based Corporate Tax Practice Head on UAE and international client assignments across Corporate Tax compliance, advisory, Free Zone and QFZP assessments, Transfer Pricing documentation, benchmarking and technical research.
This is primarily a technical delivery role. The candidate will be expected to prepare high-quality analyses, working papers and client deliverables, coordinate assignments and support the Practice Head on execution and review.
What you'll do
- UAE Corporate Tax
- - Assist with UAE Corporate Tax computations, returns, registrations and related compliance requirements.
- - Analyse income, expenses, deductions, exemptions, reliefs and other tax adjustments while preparing Corporate Tax workings.
- - Assist with Free Zone and Qualifying Free Zone Person assessments, including qualifying income and related conditions.
- - Conduct research on UAE Corporate Tax legislation, Cabinet and Ministerial Decisions, FTA guidance and emerging tax developments.
- - Prepare technical notes, tax memos, working papers and client deliverables for review by the Corporate Tax Practice Head.
- - Support preparation of responses and documentation required for FTA queries and other tax-related correspondence.
- Transfer Pricing
- - Conduct Transfer Pricing benchmarking and comparability analyses.
- - Assist with preparation of Local Files, Master Files and Transfer Pricing Disclosure Forms.
- - Perform FAR analyses and Related Party / Connected Person analyses.
- - Assist with Transfer Pricing method selection, arm's-length range calculations and related adjustments.
- - Review intercompany agreements and analyse related-party transaction structures.
- - Support preparation of Transfer Pricing policies and technical responses relating to client transactions.
- Research and Delivery Support
- - Conduct technical research on Corporate Tax, Transfer Pricing, International Tax and emerging UAE tax matters.
- - Prepare technical summaries, presentations and client deliverables in a clear and professional manner.
- - Support the Dubai Practice Head in managing assignment timelines, information requests and completion of client deliverables.
- Review financial information and identify inconsistencies, tax implications and areas requiring further clarification.
- Coordinate with team members across Noida and Dubai to ensure assignments are completed within agreed timelines.
- Translate complex tax concepts into clear, practical and well-supported conclusions.
What we're looking for
- * Qualified Chartered Accountant is mandatory. Additional UAE Corporate Tax, Transfer Pricing or international tax certifications will be an advantage.
- * The ideal candidate is technically strong, research oriented and confident with both numbers and written tax analysis. The person should be able to explain a tax conclusion clearly, review junior work critically, manage multiple clients and take ownership of deadlines without becoming dependent on checklists.
- * 1 to 2 years of post qualification experience in Corporate Tax, Transfer Pricing, International Tax or Direct Tax, preferably in a consulting firm, tax advisory practice or a strong CA firm. UAE tax exposure is highly preferred.
- * Technical Skills
- 1. Strong working knowledge of UAE Corporate Tax legislation and practical compliance requirements.
- 2. Hands on experience with Transfer Pricing documentation, FAR analysis, benchmarking and intercompany transaction review.
- 3. Good understanding of QFZP, Free Zone taxation, related party and connected person provisions.
- 4. Ability to prepare technical tax memos and translate law into practical client advice.
- 5. Familiarity with TP databases such as S&P Capital IQ, RoyaltyStat, LoanConnector or similar tools.
- 6. Strong Excel, financial statement analysis and working paper review skills.
