We are a UAE consulting company hiring an AI Generalist to automate internal workflows and improve client delivery efficiency. This is a high impact role for someone who can identify repetitive work, design practical AI enabled solutions, and implement systems that save time for tax, accounting, compliance, and reporting teams.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
- Study existing business processes across tax, accounting, audit support, compliance, reporting, and operations
- Identify repetitive, manual tasks that can be automated using AI, no-code tools, scripts, or workflow platforms
- Build internal AI assistants, document processing pipelines, prompt libraries, and workflow automations
- Design use cases for proposal drafting, report summarization, data extraction, and management dashboards
- Evaluate and implement tools such as large language models, automation platforms, OCR, and RPA tools
- Work with team leads to define requirements, test outputs, and refine workflows
- Prepare simple SOPs, user guides, and governance controls for adopted AI solutions
- Monitor data privacy, access controls, and responsible AI usage
- Track efficiency gains such as hours saved and turnaround time improvements
- Stay updated on practical AI tools and recommend pilots with clear ROI
👤 Qualifications & Experience
- Graduate in engineering, computer science, data science, commerce, or a related field
- 2 to 3 years of experience in AI implementation, automation, business systems, or digital transformation roles
- Experience in a consulting, finance, or professional services environment is highly preferred
💻 Technical Skills
- Hands-on understanding of large language models and prompt design
- Working knowledge of Python or JavaScript for lightweight automation
- Experience with tools such as Zapier, Make, Power Automate, Airtable, or similar platforms
- Ability to work with spreadsheets, APIs, and document extraction workflows
- Understanding of OCR, chatbots, and knowledge base workflows

- Experience automating finance, compliance, or consulting workflows
- Familiarity with CRM and project management systems
- Strong communication skills to gather requirements from non-technical teams
